Week 6

Week 6 was learning about using screen casting features in order to record a demonstration of how we use our app. I downloaded screencast-o-matic and began to record some screenshots myself. Our group has started the story board for our video and we have already begun filming on our finished project.

week 5

Week 5 we were in the lab doing our very first Prezi presentation. It was was actually the second time I had made a Prezi and I was just touching up on my prezi skills. In class we looked at many different infographic websites and we also had a pop quiz.

Week 4

Week 4 was all about social bookmarking!! I enjoyed the class, afterwards we were told to get into our groups and we were allowed take part in a number of polls regarding our project

Week 3

In this weeks class we had multiple discussions surrounding Social Media, it was also a week in which our project group continued to work on our ideas and we feel we have a really good idea.
Unfortunately I missed this weeks Friday lab as I had a dentists appointment but, as you can see this is my completed assignment.

Week 2

On friday we started using MIT inventor 2 to help produce the apps for the project. Our first task was to create an app that had a picture of cat on the homepage. Once the user click on the cat it would meow.
It was interesting and I found it helpful for our group and the project has begun to take shape.

Week 1

Today was the first class of a new module, IS20110 (Social Media and Computing). We were given a run through the class and how it will be assessed including an end of the year project. We were split into our new groups and we began brainstorming around ideas. Our Group is coming up with some good ideas about the project and we feel we are in a good position for the module
